Old Red Sandstone (Devonian) Exposed in Cliff - 2005
The Jurassic beds here are faulted against Devonian Old Red Sandstone and are exposed on the foreshore south of the Fishing Station. North of the station, the Middle Old Red Sandstone is exposed on the foreshore and cliff section with a fish bed. South of the station, the cliffs are of Psammitic granulite.
